Competition Information Required for Scrutineering

Below is the Check List for data that is required for scrutineering your competition.

 

The easiest way to supply the information is to download the DanceScore Competition Module, and populate the database from there. We can extract the data we need from any copy of DanceScore.

 

Couples Names and allocated Back Numbers

Adjudicator Names

Adjudicating Panels

Programme of Items (Running Order)

 

Note that if you are not suppling us the data within the DanceScore database we need to know the order of the dances within each item in the Programme (Running Order).
